The Grant Airport is owned by the City of Grant and managed by General Aviation MX. It provides access to Grant and the entire Perkins County area. The airport is conveniently located 3 minutes North of the city center just off Highway 61. It is has an elevation of 3423 ft, and one NW/SE Concrete runway. A courtesy car is available for visiting pilots and passengers to use for local area access. The NW/SE (15/33) concrete runway is a 4800 ft. in length and 60 ft. wide equipped with radio controlled runway lights. The official location identity code for the Grant airport is GGF. An NDB and two GPS instrument approaches are provided for bad weather. The local air traffic radio frequency is 122.8 (Grant Unicom). The City of Grant provides rental hangars that are available to those that wish to keep their planes stored at the airport. These hangars are provided with lights and electrical power. Jet-A fuel is available. Areas are available on the airport for the construction of private and corporate hangars.
